Got some kind of flu last week and had a fever for 5 days. Still feeling kind of weak and short of breath today but good to be training again. Probably gonna do 2 main days a week on Saturday and Wednesday and add in a bit of accessory work when I can. Plan to start this week.

Still not entirely better the bug I had. Fever sprung up yesterday. Rested all weekend and felt better this arvo so lifted. Need some time to build squats back up, but the other lifts were smoother than I'd expected. Grip dodgy on last rep of deadlifts. Gonna use straps soon on heavy sets and add some back offs without.

Got a new plan for OHP I found in a book. Will run this by working up to five triples, six triples next day, and so on till ten. After that wave it's back to five triples at higher weight. See how far that takes me.

The twice weekly format is working well. No fatigue and it feels like there's a bit of room to keep adding weight.
