Good workout except when I was sliding the plates off after pressing. Got the skin between my thumb and wrist pinched between the end of the bar and the hole on the plate. Very painful and a nice blood blister. Wife suggested I stop before deadlifting but it held up OK.

last squat warm up felt a bit rough so i expected 125 to be much tougher. These might be a little high still but better than recent efforts. might just get to 130kg on this run.
