Skipped deadlift, wasn't feeling 100%. Very short rests today. Will deadlift SUnday. Haven't benched in ages, I much prefer to press. I may try and add a bench session each week with a light squat.

Switched to mixed grip for top set of deadlifts. Felt like I was cheating, I could have done another 5 reps so that's real positive. Wonder why I'd never tried that before.
