    Chin ups 4,4,4,3

    Made a few more chins today. Short intervals on all lifts.

    Tired from lack of sleep and a busy week at work, and hungry, so I was feeling pretty weak. Got the work done though and looking forward to getting some good rest before Saturday's workout.

    OHP 32.5kg 3x6
    DL 77.5kg 3x6
    CURLS 25kg 3x8

    Dropped a bit of weight probably from not eating enough. Also quite tired still but I got the workout done. Squats were a little hard, I'm quite a way off my 5RM of 100kg but these felt not so much heavy, just draining. I'll try eating more and see what happens.

    It looks like your lifts are coming along nicely! Consistency is the most important thing for progress and you have done good with that.

    Thanks, yeah I try to be consistent if nothing else, and just plod along with my program.

    Moved last nights workout to tonight due to a work do. Got home late, slept poorly and being the end of the week am pretty stuffed. Looking forward to hitting the hay.

    Was out till late having beers, and only slept 4 1/2 hours but I woke up feeling pretty good so did my workout this morning before breakfast. Didn't really feel weak, but struggled a little to stay real tight through the sets. Last rep on each of the final two squat sets I had to grind. After coming off NLP about 5 weeks ago these were the first grinder reps I've done. I'd forgotten what it was like. I'd better get use enjoying it again.

    HIGH PULLS 40kg 6x4
    CHINS 4,4,4,4

    Did high pulls today instead of rows. First time so I'm not sure how my form was. I'll keep videoing and reviewing. Chins after pulls probably isn't an ideal way to finish the workout.

    Solid workout. I've had an easy week at work, couple of early days and naps to boot so I felt very fresh. I even wanted to do another set of squats. OHP felt a little heavy for some reason.
