Day off today and I'll have trouble squeezing a workout in tomorrow so I did it today. Good workout but I certainly didn't want to do another set of squats today. Narrowed my stance a little on squats and it seems to be helping with form.

Back to the regular work schedule, and forgot my lunch today so I was pretty tired but managed to get the main part of the workout done. Didn't really feel like doing an extra set of squats today though. Off to get tomorrow's lunch ready.

Had a real stiff lower back the last couple of days. Foam rolled it and wasn't sure if I'd be able to do today's squats but it went fine and actually loosened it up and it feels a lot better now. Skipped high-pulls as I didn't want to aggravate it with my sloppy form. Eating more and drinking more protein shakes. Hopefully I can put on a bit of mass in the coming weeks.

Stuffed....Squats were sloppy, I've not done many at this weight recently so it was a bit of a wake up call. Almost missed the first rep. lol. Told myself to get my head together, I'm not failing any of these today, not after I've made the weight plenty of times. Everything else was fine.

No problems. Hadn't eaten much today but felt OK. One rep on set 2 of squats was a bit wobbly but things settled down quickly and was in no danger of missing anything. Need to do some more reps at heavier weights to keep in the groove.
