Bench sucks, it seems to be going nowhere fast. Did dips/chins to finish with 1min rest between sets. Wanted to do one more round but the dog was waiting for a walk

OH Press felt OK but I may have needed more rest. Bench is just a grind - held the last rep for a few seconds (kids were looking on) but it just got stuck 2/3 of the way up. Ran outta time for accessory work.
