    A lot of sets but was done in an hour. Eating more but not gaining weight. Must be the weather, 32-33℃, 90% humidity so I'm sweating it all away.

    Going camping for a couple of days so I worked out early today. AM workouts seem to make everything feel about 30% heavier. Squats feel like I'm gonna get stuck in the hole with just the bar on my back
