Squats are starting to feel heavy but bar speed looks OK. Deadlift felt great, still got a bit of room to keep going.

Squats and deadlift felt good. Slept OK last night and had a nap today too but I'd hardly eaten all day so OHP tested me the last reps of each set. if I eat more for the next coupla weeks I think there's potential to get on a couple of KG on press. Maybe 1 or 2 more 5kg jumps in deadlift. Will stick with a light squatting day.
