First rep of OHP was the hardest, got all dizzy and was gonna rack it. Somehow managed to finish what felt like a real ugly set. Eating heaps so that's helping.

Reset the weights 10%
Out of action for 10 days due to a massive typhoon and the resultant chaos on the roads/train lines that have turned a 2 hour commute into 3-4 hours each way. I wanna train but there’s just been no time or gas in the tank. Easy week at work coming up should make training possible.

Trying to find a rhythm again. My body seems to like three days off after heavy squats.
Forgot to add the 5kg plates to each side after final deadlift warm up. Thought, 'That was easy.'

Pissed off with some shit at work, so squats were easy. Wasn't real focused for 1st set of OHP but was determined to get the next two sets given that I did this without much difficulty a few weeks back. A positive workout.
