    After a shot break, I‘ve Started a new GGW with bumped up numbers. Also installed a macros tracking App. Met my target of 3000 calories today.

    Tweaked something in my lower right back picking up a pen of all things. Been hitting a lot of golf balls the last few days so that may have been the real cause. Anyway, decided to train focusing on good form and managed without any pain.
