    Press is noticeably weaker than last year. Meant to do 4 reps of deadlift but it was too easy so I did 5. It seems to be progressing well.

    At the heavy week of GGW. I expected squats/deadlifts to be harder as I've not gone near my maxes for a long time, but they were fine.

    I didn't feel like training today as I was stuffed, so it was rewarding to get these done. Consistency pays off.

    Didnt feel like doing 4 doubles in squat, so just did a set of 8.

    Press is disappointing. Might need to start benching again to help it.

    Light week to close out GGW. I will probably skip the 1rm testing and base the next round on an estimate. Start next Sunday I suppose, but we’ll see. It might be fun to try a max deadlift. I’m confident I could get 150kg.

    Lost a bit of weight and had a break for a week so feeling a little weaker. Squats are OK but my press is down.
