Yo.
Yesterday couldn't get any worse. The girl that I had a crush on since the first semester has rejected me! She didn't even do it gently, she really wanted me to feel bad about myself.

The last tuesday workout:
It wasn't bad. I did a couple of wide grip pullups and some arnold presses witha few front and side laterals:
Wide grip pull-ups =
(Bodyweight)x5
(Bodyweight)x4
(Bodyweight)x4
(Bodyweight)x3
All done to absolute failure.
Dumbell rows =
50x4(I'm very tired at this point. I could've done waaay more...)
Arnold presses =
50x10
50x8
50x8
50x7
50x7
50x6
50x3
Front laterals =
15x3
Side laterals =
15x4
Overall, it was a great workout.
