long story short i failed after 2 months of the AI program and ended up with a horrible lower back spasm form the deadlift volume. Come to find out they are still making tweaks based on feedback from the users during this beta period before the app comes out. The program was recomping my body very fast but im not sure how much stronger i got sooo ive taken a couple of lighter days after recovering this past week and am going to LP back up to my old weights then jump on a simple HLM. I have no idea why im training to get stronger now other than it is fun and gives me the ability to knock pit bulls out on the mail route. Godspeed to myself

for anyone interested ive gained back my strength over the last couple of months using greyskull LP....set a bench pr fwii. The app for the juggernaut system is coming out pretty soon and i will probably grab it up. That said im probably going to stick to greyskull for a while im really liking the plug in work. Doing pushups every day has developed my chest musculator and ive PRd chin ups by doing them every day at 20 chins chest to bar. The three day routine really fits my life better and if I were to use juggernaut id probably be training 4-5 days a week.
at any rate ill probably start logging again
