I am patiently awaiting the Juggernaut app which is apparently supposed to be released next week so i probably wont do much except maybe some light/medium lifting, bodyweight work and conditioning via burpees because i dont want to go into the AI program with too much fatigue

Skipped conditioning I almost passed out in the middle of the gym after the workout
I’m thinking this dangerous heatwave and working outdoors doesn’t really combine well with training hard
Wanted to do conditioning fuck man I never felt like that after a workout in my life
Probably going to hold off on juggernaut AI and train on my off days at the most I think I need o be resting in the AC at night tbh
