Now that I’ve completed this program I’m probably going to do my own 5/3/1 variation I’ve concocted, do more conditioning and bodybuilding work
Was going to do the extended Russian cycle but I’ve decided I’m bored of just doing the main barbell movements and not much of anything else granted that’s probably best if the meet in May is my real goal but alas this is a hobby I enjoy and want to keep enjoying so changing it up it is for the next 16 weeks at least
