This is always the shortest but most psychological grueling workout
I'm going to keep at it for the time being if I don't end up playing baseball like last year but probably sometime in the winter months I will switch to a h/l 4 day split to go with basketball playing
My bodyweight is still the same but the best that I can tell I'm probably going to have to let it creep up a bit to keep pace with the program
Also been very lax on the cardio but I plan on adding some low stress steady state on a bike 20 minutes because I walk most of mailroute so I get some cardio everyday by default regardless but I could probably stand to do a bit more
