going to try to lift tommorow and finish out this little mini LP. Im probably going to try an HLM for a while but im considering giving this JTS Artificial Intelligence program spitter a try next year. Price is pretty good but im a little leery of using RPE i know somebody that started the beta and they claim the volume is killing them

just to let everybody know I have purchased the new juggernaut AI and i spent tonight on Christmas Eve with day 1. Everything was super light in a hypertrophy block but snatch grip deadlifts for 3 sets of 12 destroyed me
Im keeping a log with excel and the program adjusts as you move forward so there is no point in logging here.
I will still make an appearance to maybe post a video or keep everybody posted on whats going on

finished week 2 day 1
my thoughts on this type of programming im doing
its absolutely brutal.....ive never done this type of volume on the lifts and it is a huge wake up call. it is also apparent that my work capacity for lifting was extremely low
just an example for deadlift day the programming looks like
a top set at 425 for rpe 7+5 back off sets at 365-385
some leg presses
then RDLs for 3 sets at 275
im going to recomp very quickly i believe but send me a prayer to make it through this program lol

update
last night i finished week 3 of the first block of a hypertrophy block with 10 rep sets
granted i had a lot of questions about RPE based programming but this is a mixture of percentage base and hypertrophy and this is the most taxing training ive ever done
I had to do RPE style for a few months just to prove to myself that it isnt a hoax
next week will be very hard but im dead set on completing the program
ive also been hooping on off nights but the program adjusts to your fatigue levels
will keep posted on my progress over the months
