Felt like I would pass out or have a heart attack during workout but just kept chugging along
I don’t know what to contribute these bad feeling days two the workouts are actually easy as cake with little to no grinding I shouldn’t be feeling like this after hard physical exertion it should in fact feel great after I catch my breath from the set
I’ve be n drinking a lot of cokes lately maybe that’s it or coppenhagen
Also when I sleep like 9 hours I feel invincible and never feel like that during a workout
