drove 20 minutes to the gym and they were mopping the weight room so I quickly got in some power cleans up to 185 for a single almost nailed 195 its getting closer everytime
came all the way home and did
press 155x4x5 super easy
bench 215x4x4 paused a few reps
chin ladder
and done

This little cycle I’m doing is so simple yet so effective and really gives me a stress relief from a very stressful job
I’m hoping after he intensity phase I can improve all my lifts by 5-10%ish by the end
Would rathe hoop and baseball but if this is all y’all going to give me I’m going to kill it

Training is becoming monotonous and I’m not sure how good the programming is working for upper body and I won’t find out for another month when intense phase is over
However that is part of training experimenting and finding what works hopefully at least I add some and don’t regress

And the single lower body session this week went very well

Power clean up to max at 195 barely caught it but it counts as a PR at this bodyweight I was 195 ish when o was repping 195 then I quit doing them so yay

Went and shot baskets and I’ve still got it.......what is skillfully established cannot be uprooted

Intensity phase begins I’m going from sets of 4 to sets of 2 within 3-4 weeks then either Deload and test or run it through again with slightly higher percentages
