On paper, having 80%+ of your training time doing the competition lifts makes sense if improving them is your goal... but if you're not mentally engaged, at some point, you're just going through the motions, and not getting what you should out of them anyway. You'll probably be fine, unless your technique in the competition lifts is awful. By awful, I mean they won't pass the judging criteria, not that the bar path could be better, or your mechanics could be more efficient. In that case, more good practice could probably help.

For what it's worth, I'm enjoying the heck out of DoggCrapp, which is way different than the very PL-focused training I've been doing for years. So I definitely feel you on the change of pace.

I was going to train outdoors at my house tonight but I believe I may have dug myself a CNS recovery debt that I haven't felt in years from deadlifts

the plan is to rest up as best I can and do the damn program and try as hard as I can to at least attempt the meet in May

    Bench
    220x8x3

    Light press
    115x12,9,8

    Dips
    14,11,8

Definitely didn’t puke after so that’s a good sign although I did feel really sluggish and not much pop in my movements

Going to try deadlift day Friday as per Andy I’ll just do one too set and some really light squatting and continue to see if my physiology improves.

    The man with no name

    Deadlift
    365x8 easy a cake

    Squat very light
    230x8x3

    Chins
    +25 poundsx11,8
    Bw x 9

Still taking it very easy and gradually and if my recovery keeps improving like it is I’ll ramp the weights and volume back up

I went through your last few posts, but don't see anything catastrophic. What happened?
