    Had to train a day early because I'm going away over the weekend. Felt like absolute crap, but glad I got the work done. Think I've been accumulating fatigue that I've not recovered properly from (lack of sleep mainly). Will be good with rest now.

    Weights in kg. From next week I will begin a 852 full body training cycle with focus on my press and try some stuff I've never or rarely done before like pin presses, rack pulls and halting deadlifts. Will also try and become more consistent with doing the prowler every saturday.
