    There's very little pain and almost no bruising at all, but I have a gap between my shoulder and bicep.
    I have some of the "Popeye" look. I was able to do a little something today, so maybe there is hope...

    Sounds like you have a good plan. I've never been able to do it myself, but have seen people being able to use the SSB without holding the handles.
