    I get more and more days like that.Probably due to levels dropping at 72. I hear working the legs helps keep them up. I will try to do some light sqts before a DL day.

    You're doing great to still be training at 72. I'll be 61 in August and I'm not even sure if I want to keep training now.
    Caring about how strong I am is becoming less and less of a priority with each passing day.

    When you stop like I did and start back as an old man you realize you should have at least maintained and not let it slip away. Now its hard to get even singles at what used to be light warm up weights...

    BUT...still ahead of the curve?

    Don't let the bastards wear you down. Find a way to pick something up, push something away, squat down / stand up...

    Y'all are doing great...and I appreciate the effort it takes to do it FWIW.
