    Thanks Bill. I've always liked balance, so now my left adductor matches the right one that has haunted me
    for the last 15 years or so. If I ever wakeup in the morning without pain I'll know that I'm dead. I now have
    wrecked adductors, shoulders, left bicep, & more, but that's the price of admission for chasing those PRs.
    I'm going regroup and do what I can do and keep moving forward as long as the good Lord allows me to.

    Thank Jerry, I'll be ok. I ordered some heavy duty Rehband Compression Shorts last night.
    I think they will help me out quite a bit.
