    Kettlebell Complexes like the Man Maker and many others are hard, but a lot of fun and Highly Effective for Full Body Strength.
    I will probably continue Barbell/Trap Bar Deadlift variations on Fridays, but other than that I now find barbell work pretty Boring.

    ** The Snatch Test PR will be more impressive with a 44# or 53# Bell, but this is a start.
    The goal is 100 Reps in 5 minutes or less with whatever Bell size you are using. There are age
    and weight categories and standards, and there are various competitions. It's a Real "Smoker"
