    Hey Gang, I'm sure you've noticed that I've been doing the Original Strength Daily Resets for awhile now and
    I just wanted to share this video that shows the movements. These movements have made a huge difference
    in making my body feel great. I start the day with them and think that everyone can benefit from doing them
    They only take 10 to 15 minutes and it's well worth the time. It Feels Good to Feel Good. Good Training!!

    * A year ago I was in horrible lower back/sciatic (L5-S1) pain caused from a 480 pound Conventional Deadlift
    performed on 1-26-24 and I actually still have sciatic nerve damage pain in my right foot that bothers me every night.
    At the time, it was so bad that I wasn't sure I would ever be able to lift again, so I feel blessed to be where I'm at
    right now. In the past year I've lost 56 pounds of useless fat, and on a pound for pound basis, I'm probably the
    strongest I've ever been in my entire life. My conditioning is also miles ahead of where it was before the back injury.
    If my body feels decent tomorrow, I plan on seeing where my Conventional Deadlift is at to celebrate my comeback.

    Looks like your doing fine. Thanks for sending me the info for the exercise using the band. It seems to have helped me alleviate the pain and clicking

    You're welcome, I'm glad it's helping you out. I know all about cranky shoulders and they are no fun.
    Another exercise that is really helping me is the Lu Raise, that the awesome Olympic lifter Lu Xiaojun
    has made famous. You can use Weight Plates or Dumbbells.
    Stay light and do high reps. Stay Strong!!
