    Hey Shug, you know what it's like having these kidney stones, this one for me seemed about the worst. The one causing all the pain was 5 mm, some years back I had to have one broken up with ultrasound, that was a whole centimeter. I came across a remedy years ago that helped both me and my mom a lot, but I got away from it in recent months, and I paid for it. I'm back on it now...it consists of two Tbsp fresh lemon juice, one Tbsp apple cider vinegar, one Tbsp extra virgin olive oil and one Tbsp honey - all mixed in warm water. I also add a little Himalayan salt for the minerals. I always used Bragg's ACV, but no more since the company changed hands - it's not the same anymore, and I'm trying to find a similar substitute. They also told me I have a cyst on my spleen, I'll be following up with my VA doc this Thursday. Your lifting seems to be going great guns these last few months...I just hope I can get back to regular training by May!

    Thanks for the recipe Fifty! Yep, I havent missed a single day for months, but I might need a break one of these days.
    I've been trying to make up for lost time from last year's lower back injury. I still have nerve damage in my right foot
