    I've never used a Prowler, but I do have a Westside Barbell Pulling Sled that I rarely use.

    Thanks for that! I hadn't heard of LTE and have pulled up Spontaneous Combustion (1998/2007) on Bandcamp and those jams are my jam!

    Today the pain in my left wrist is so bad I can barely make a fist, possibly from the axle bar presses.
    I'm starting to think the training is just not worth it anymore.

    I understand how you feel. Over the years I've had similar things happen to me. I was a mechanic and one time I had pain in my wrist that made me work with one hand for over 2 months . I would wrap it with an ace bandage and ben gay. Maybe it was carpal tunnel, but it eventually went away.
