    Great focus on that lift with the granddaughter in the background. I think I'd lose focus and smile too much.

    I have a 12lb shit put that Dr. Ken gave to my son. I believe they are called high school shot puts, regular are 16lb. I have used it to hold when I take a walk, it sure works the hands and forearms.

    Yes, it's great for forearm, grip, and wrist strength. I also have a 16, but it's very hard to "palm" because of the diameter.
