    Hello, Fellow Iron Warriors. There are quite a few people here that I respect and enjoy conversing with, so I'm firing up this log again.
    My main goal is a 600+ Trap Bar Deadlift before I turn 60 in August 2021, so the focus will be all kinds of Deadlifts. (Deadlifts Rule)
    Today was my first session trying out my new Rogue 26'er Wagon Wheel Plates. Stay Strong!!

    Thank you, Mark. The actual goal is a triple bodyweight Trap Bar Deadlift, so it will be over 600 pounds.
