re: your video - that's exactly what I try to talk to my aging family members about, and why I do what I do here. And the realization of working this week on the frozen ground with a snow layer and the multiple times that I had bounced off the ground and was already up before I really realized how hard I slammed into the ground. Being solid sure helps, because none of it slowed me down.
