    So sorry to hear about your friend, Shug. Although it's good to have moments of reflection, not only on your time with them, but on your current situation and whether you've prepared your family well enough.

    re: your video - that's exactly what I try to talk to my aging family members about, and why I do what I do here. And the realization of working this week on the frozen ground with a snow layer and the multiple times that I had bounced off the ground and was already up before I really realized how hard I slammed into the ground. Being solid sure helps, because none of it slowed me down.
