    Sorry to hear about pain. I sure know the feeling.Are you taking anything to help relieve the pain? I had to take some Tylenol a day after my meager sqts last week. I hate taking anything myself.

    Yeah, it's one thing after another anymore. I might just do daily walks and stretching the rest of the year.
    There are some drugs that I'm quite fond of, but I have refrained since 1984 when my first Son was born.
    I occasionally take Aleve and Ibuprofen, but I'm ready for some Ganja again.
    Stay Safe.

    Sometimes you just have to rest up and let things heal.

    Now as far as the Ganja goes some edibles later in the evening might just be the thing for pain and to help sleep.

    I would hate to see you go. You post some interesting lifting on here.
