    Thanks. My best Bench Press was 310#, but I always considered Benching the lazy man's lift. I prefer Overhead Pressing.

    I do wish these old shoulders could do an OHP so you are lucky there.

    If you have access to Kettlebells, get some instruction on how to properly overhead press with them.
    For me, they are very shoulder friendly and feel great.

    I do not have any kettle bells available. My shoulders are so bad that I bought an incline bench to use since I could not do OHP and even in the lowest position it kills my shoulders so I guess that I am lucky to even bench.
