    Good to see you still lifting and in top form Shug! I'm not keeping a log here anymore, but have been training with my trap bar lately too. Pulled 500 for 4 last Thursday! Keep strong!

    Good to "see" you again brother! I'm not exactly in top form, but I will surpass what I've done in the past. That is strong work!
    For my quest, I purchased a heavy duty Trap Bar that has raised handles, weighs 75 pounds, and has a weight capacity of 1,200 pounds.
