    Lol, you are doing great my friend! I hit 58 in August, but I still feel like a youngster most of the time.

    No problem, I knew what you meant. Thanks, it was a good day. I posted a Kettlebell Complex video below so you can see what I'm doing. The long term goal is multiple rounds with Double 88's, then Double 106's.
