    Lol... hello brother! As you know, I'm a fan of many of the Deadlift variations, especially Snatch Grips, but I believe the Sumo Deadlift with a moderate stance is the most applicable to everyday life. A good example was Monday when I came across an elderly gentleman that had fallen down and was having trouble getting up off the ground. I got behind him, squatted down in a Sumo stance, hooked my arms under his armpits and hoisted him right up. The movement was kind of a Zercher/Sumo combination.

    Yep, strength is king! Thanks. His daughter was there to take him for kidney dialysis and I don't think she could have gotten him up.
