Got me thinking about when my son lived near me and trained with me, we used to do a set of DB cleans as a finisher. If I remember correctly I would do about 8 reps with a 65lb db. Sure got the heart pumping. Maybe I should try this again, but for sure with less weight.
That might feeel good. You could also try Dumbbell Snatches from the floor. Just have fun with it.
