Sounds like a good idea. Have you tried CBD lineaments. I heard they help. I have some, going to try it on my left hip, take some Motrin today.

As you age you do need more recovery time and I say that from experience.

Big Bag of Jazz Cabbage.....never heard it put that way before. I love that description.

    You take care.

Sorry to hear about the hip and having to set the Deadlifts aside. But you can't go wrong with either the musical selection or the results from the trip to CO.

Thanks guys! My game plan is to focus on serious Kettlebell work for awhile and see what happens with the hip.
I am also going to throw in various forms of weighted carries and grip work. It should be fun and productive.
    Stay Strong!!

Indeed it is! I took my 2 Sons to see them live on the The Violent Sleep of Reason tour in Oct 2016.
They are even more amazing live, the Intensity, Precision, and Power is something to behold.

I do miss taking my son to shows. We had tickets to travel and visit with him and his wife last year, with good seats to see Rammstein. Well, last year happened. We still have our tickets for the rescheduled show, but they don't live there anymore and won't be able to schedule a trip for the show. So we'll have to figure something out.
