    Hi Shrug, you start off with 115, none with just the bar?
    A few years ago I wrote about swelling in my thumb, of course it went away. You suggested gout. Well it hit my toe last week. Damn it hurt, I read it described like stepping on your eye balls. I went to Dr. and was given some pills to take for 4 days. Waiting for an appointment for a follow up with a specialist.
    Going to do some SB sets,feel ok now.
