    Thanks BD. I might lower them another hole (2.5"), but I have to be very careful with both my depth and volume,
    due to a right adductor injury from about 10 years ago. If I do too much of either, I'm hobbling for several weeks.
    If I ever wake up without feeling any pain, I'll know I'm dead.

    Nice work Shugg. How did you grip overhand or alternate grip. I did a double SBS with 225 today while training my grandson and godson.Godson is almost 16 200lbs, he SB squatted 255 for 12. These kids are blowing me away.

    Thanks Jerry, you are also putting in some nice work. I used Double Overhand. I can safely say that I will never use mixed grip again.
    The mixed grip puts the supinated arm in a very compromised position that has caused bicep tears for many lifters. (there are videos)
    I can sure relate to the youth thing. When I was training my Sons they eventually blew past me, but that also made me very proud.
