It's still good to get some work in if you feel like it. Craps going around. Feel better soon!
I was eating Jif Peanut Butter before finding out about the Salmonella recall. I'm pretty sure that's what got me.
My jar was exchanged for Peter Pan.

I didn't train today, but here's a bit of history for everyone...
On this day, 163 years ago, it is believed that the concept of “weight training” was born in America.
On June 9th, 1859, a medical doctor by the name of George Barker Windship gave the FIRST successful lecture in America on the subject of exercise.
While it may not seem like much, but this man planted the original seed for which later would become the billion dollar health and fitness industry as we know it today.
Not only that, but a few years later, on February 14th, 1865, this same man contributed another enormous contribution to progressive physical training…
He is given credit with inventing and patenting the FIRST adjustable plate loading dumbbell.
What did he name it?
Very simply...
"The Practical Graduating Dumb-bell"
Many years later, in 1902, a man from Philadelphia, mass produced the FIRST adjustable barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells in America.
His name...
Alan Calvert
