I get more and more days like that.Probably due to levels dropping at 72. I hear working the legs helps keep them up. I will try to do some light sqts before a DL day.
I know I have to keep working out, can call it training or exercise doest really matter.
These are hard times to stay motivated.
As I mentioned to Deb, there's fuckery afoot, and it's on purpose - aimed at the "normies".
Don't let the bastards wear you down. Find a way to pick something up, push something away, squat down / stand up...
