    Thanks brother. For awhile now the weights have been taking way more than they are giving,
    so I am considering stepping away from them. I'm going to keep growing the hair though.

    Yeah, I know exactly how you feel. Trying to rehab a couple injuries myself right now. Was going to take a week or two off but find myself drawn back.

    Hey Shugg, I've felt like quitting plenty of times. First it was due to looking at 20yo workouts I did and thinking I'll never do that again. Then it's looking at my log here and seeing the decline rather then any progress.
    I did stop for a few years and know for sure I got weaker faster. Now I do what I can and try to make it fun. Luckily I have my grandson around and see some benefits to giving up my garage for all this iron taking up space. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
