    I'm still fighting severe pain and stiffness in the shoulders, hips, glutes, and upper hamstrings.
    It gets especially bad overnight and getting out of bed is agony. The shoulder pain is the worst.
    My symptoms and my research is pointing me to Fibromyalgia as the most probable cause.

    Sorry to hear about the pain. My son has been complaining about pain in hips,legs. He told me he went to a message therapist yesterday.. Said it helped a little .He is 47 and been lifting since 15. I am going to run the idea of fiber mirylgia by him.

    Thanks, this is definitely no fun at all. I'll just keep doing what I can and hope the pain fades away eventually.
