    Very easy looking deadlift Shug, nice work. I like the variety you show in your training, even if I don't know what some of it is. I really want to get back to some of my old training soon...grip work, farmers walk, and more conditioning.

    Thanks Double F. I've always marched to my own training drum and it's worked out pretty well for me.
    My all time best lifts, most performed after the age of 55...

    Low Bar Squat: 405
    Bench Press: 310
    Overhead Press: 170
    Conventional Deadlift: 515 (No Straps)
    Snatch Grip Deadlift: 500
    Hack Deadlift: 405
    Trap Bar Deadlift: 565 (working on 600)
