Nice DL Shugg. As for the trap bar, I agree. When I did train at Dr. Ken's he had most of the lifters that were training for a meet use the trap bar, then about a month before the meet switch to the straight bar. Seemed to work well.
Thank Fred. You should absolutely get a good Trap Bar. The Trap Bar Deadlift smokes the Barbell Deadlift as an all around strength builder.
The Trap Bar Deadlift provides superior Quad, Glute, Lat, Upper Back, and Trap activation. It's very efficient and I believe you will love them.
