    Shug, I wanted to tell you how impressed I was with your 445 deadlift a week ago, especially at that light bodyweight. Very solid! I've been sick for most of the last three weeks, just about over it now. I was pretty happy with the 375 DL I did two months ago, and I'm still hoping to compete one more time this year at 70, and get 400+ one more time. Stay strong Shug!

    Thanks Fifty. It feels good to get some strength back, but I'm not sure I will continue chasing the big weights anymore.
    I'm now much more interested in having great conditioning and being able to move well and feel well. Now that I've lost
    55 pounds of energy draining fat, I definitely want to keep my weight at 165 or less from here on out. My number one
    training tools have become my Kettlebells, there is simply nothing better for Strength, Conditioning, and Flexibility.
