2 x or 3 x?
Hello.
What would you do?
I'm 36 yo, male, into strength training for almost 3 years.
Sundays i do self defense training for 2- 3 hours.
I don't know if i should do the program 2 x or 3 x a week.
I started the program 3 month ago.

I would say start with the program as written and adjust if necessary. If it fits into your schedule you could shift the program to Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday to give you a break after your Martial Arts training. Then, once you see how you are doing, make any needed changes.
