Squat: 45, 135, 225x5
Bench: 45, 135, 185, 225x5, 260x5,5,5,5,5
I’ve been taking it easy due to a really nasty virus. Also the pain in my quad. 225 was enough to bring back the stabbing pain, only this time it was in both legs. For some reason that actually makes me feel better. I can’t imagine I ripped two muscles at the same time. I have an apt to get an IT band release Wednesday am. I hope like hell that will help. If not I guess Starr rehab will be my next option.

Just for fun I guess. Still sick and still hurts like hell to squat.
